Our Services
Warranty:
Mechanical and electronic components: 2 year against manufacturing defects. Parts and components damaged due to improper usage and operation of the equipment are not covered under warranty.
CO2 laser tube: 6 months against manufacturing defects. Laser optical components are considered consumables and are therefore not covered during the warranty period.
Service :
Main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge if
there is any problem during the warranty period.
Lifetime maintenance free of charge.
We will provide the consumable parts at an agency price when you need replacement.
Maintenance and technological support: Whole life.
